Nope ... Still a Non smoker (after 25 years), but my lungs now feel worse than they EVER did while I was smoking ...
Go figure ...
Not to worry ... I've now gained the extra poundage that the rest of the team has, and am done with the cigs ...

| My lungs and over all health were messed up for about a full year after I quit. Months 7-9 were the worst. 4 years later I'm really noticing a major difference. I had a physical were they tested my lung capacity 3 weeks ago and I exceeded expectations/standards for my age bracket by 218%. I actually failed this test when I was 20 and forged a doctors sig on my physical so that I could take my SCUBA diving class....lol. And guess what, I was smoking back then. Hang in there Krusty, you may be old and falling apart but you'll come around.....some day.......hopefully....... |

| Great job guys, our team represented well and with honorable play with Flounder putting forward a little extra effort and earning the MVP for the Eakron side-more to come on that by Violator. Everything ran smoothly our registration was ready, our paint was upgraded, we had some laughs (Krusty post up pictures), played and saw some old friends and over all had a great time. Thanks to all that attended and for those who were not able to make it you where missed, so make plans accordingly for next year they will be trying to break a record or something. |

Seriously, had a great time with you all. The field was gnarly! I only wish I had been better prepared for the heat as I wanted to play more. I may have to lift my ban on night play in the summers around here to make up for the lost play time caused by the mid-day heat.
But again, I had a blast with you all. Can't wait to do it again.
PS: We need brighter jerseys.....I watched the video of me shooting Rambozo and he looked invisable on video in that brush. |
