As many if not all of you already know! I am NOT competing in the 2008 season. I was once part of a Fantastic group of Paintball players known as CALIFORNIA GRIDLOCK! Unfortunately the teams direction shifted and lines where drawn.

When the mudslinging fest was over (In my opinion EVERYONE had lost) my once friends (so I thought) took multiple jib jabs at me for not taking their position on the matter and others for not taking and playing with them based on previous history.

I had made it clear that I am a clown (PCP) and that friendships where much more important to me than ppls preception. A starting role was appreciated but not required, I was just happy travelling and playing paintball with ppl who where able to do and commit to doing well.

With newly just read material, I have decided to tip the scales and help those who want to be helped. The 2008 SPPL Season is just around the corner in preperation for this season I was ask to assist the team Forged from the Ashes, who had commited players flying in from multiple regins. The Orange County Moblie Infantry (O.C.M.I.) Also stepped up to the plate and assist this group of S.Cal players get a jump strat and prepare, bringing out just over 20-25 players for an OPFOR and reffing staff, the Pactice was a success. As a Consultant i quickly found myself being loured back to the Format! seeing some familiar faces from years past gave me a new sense of trust and a give one more shot attitude.

Although I know very little about this new SPPL team! Their core group of players are all season vets, even though 1 week ago I was giving it all in Hawaii and with some stiffness and soreness still lingering, I showed up to help them with drills, ideas, afteractions and scrimaging. Look for this team to represent the values that most scenario players uphold, to Play with Honor, integrity, have character, a feeling of serenity, lack of hostility, a sense of purpose and a goal in mind. This is not your F.Y.C. minded team. So with that said when I find out more you will know more. I just hope they will have me or at least give me a shot.
